The First Sign of Water Damage in Saint James was a Paint Bubble

The Before Photo shows a Saint James ceiling with recessed lighting and a couple of areas where the ceiling looks slightly stained and bubbled, indicating water damage. This was due to a roof leak that happened after intense storms rolled through the area. SERVPRO technicians used their equipment to determine the scale of the migration so the ceiling could get addressed. Ceilings, in particular, need to get handled with care as a sagging ceiling can present a danger of injury from falling. SERVPRO techs put up plastic to protect the undamaged areas in the room while the damaged portion of the ceiling was removed, as seen in the After Photo.
